refund policy
Your plan sets the refund terms. Every product follows them.
Each plan below has one refund policy, and it's the same for every product sold on that plan. A product's page and checkout show which plans it offers, including whether it has a free trial. This page is the whole policy; the checkout, our terms and our support page all point here.
effective October 21, 2026
The short version
- Free trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- Monthly and Yearly: every payment, renewals included, is final. Cancel and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for.
- One-time: a single payment, final, unless we discontinue the product within 12 months of your purchase.
- Beta: a single payment, final, with one promise: 30 days of access. If the Beta ends sooner, we refund the days you didn't get, pro rata. Move to a full plan within those 30 days and the days you haven't used come off its first payment instead.
- Upgrading: never refunded. Any unused part of your current plan is credited against the new plan's first payment.
- On any plan, we refund when we couldn't deliver what you bought, when you were charged twice or in error, and wherever the law requires it.
Free trials
A plan with a free trial shows its length before you start it. A card or other payment method is needed to start a trial, and it isn't charged until the trial ends. We email you before the trial ends. Cancel at any time during your trial period, from your account or by writing to us, and you will not be charged.
There is one free trial per person for each product. A second trial on the same email address, card or TradingView username is canceled without charge.
Monthly and Yearly
A subscription renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. Every payment, after any free trial, is final. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment. Yearly plans get a reminder email before each renewal, and Monthly plans get one once a year. We also email you to confirm when you cancel.
When you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then stops. We don't refund the unused part of a period.
Moving from monthly to yearly credits the unused part of your current month towards the year. Buying the One-time plan ends your subscription, and the unused days of the billing period you're in now come off the One-time price as a credit. Earlier periods are never credited, and nothing is refunded.
One-time
The One-time plan is a one-time payment, and it is final. It buys a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the product for as long as BaseEdge Labs offers it. It includes every update we release to the product for at least 12 months after your purchase, and after that, every update we release to the version you have. A major new version, or a separate product, may be a paid upgrade; the version you have keeps working. We don't promise support beyond what we choose to provide. If we discontinue the product, we email you at least 60 days before, and the license ends on that date. If that date is within 12 months of your purchase, we refund the unused part pro rata (6 months used, 50% back); after 12 months, there is no refund. The details are in section 7 of our terms.
Beta
A Beta plan is a one-time payment for access to a product during its Beta. You get 30 days of access. If the Beta ends sooner than 30 days after your purchase, for any reason, we refund the days you didn't get, pro rata, automatically, when it ends: for example, ended 20 days after your purchase, you get 10/30 of what you paid back. After that we may end the Beta with at least 14 days' notice by email, or sooner if the platform it runs on ends or blocks access, and nothing is refunded.
Move to the product's Monthly, Yearly or One-time plan within 30 days of your Beta purchase and the days you haven't used, pro rata, with at least one day counted as used, come off the new plan's first payment as a credit, shown before you pay. When we announce a Beta's end we may offer more until a date we give: the pass's price, before tax, off the new plan's first payment, in place of the unused days. Credits never include tax. Nothing is refunded. Otherwise the payment is final, except as below. The details are in section 7 of our terms.
When we refund
- We never delivered it. Access to a TradingView script that we were unable to grant to your username, or a license that was never activated on your account. Once access has been granted or the license activated, the purchase was delivered.
- A billing mistake. A duplicate charge, or a charge you didn't authorize.
- We discontinue a product bought on the One-time plan within 12 months. The unused part of the first 12 months is refunded pro rata, as above.
- A Beta ends less than 30 days after your Beta purchase. The days you didn't get are refunded pro rata, as above. Moving to a full plan is never refunded; it's credited.
- The law requires it. Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
- At our discretion: we may refund in other cases too, but that's never a promise.
A refund is never more than you paid. It's worked out from what was actually charged, after any discount, promotion code or credit, and those are never refunded themselves. Any tax goes back in proportion to the part refunded.
A refund goes back to the way you paid (a stablecoin payment to the wallet it came from). It usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refund ends the license it paid for, including access to any TradingView script it covered.
Strategies on TradingView
Access to an invite-only TradingView script is given to the TradingView username on your account, by hand, usually within one business day of purchase. TradingView can change its rules for paid scripts. If a change ends a Beta, the Beta's pro-rata refund above applies. For any other plan, if TradingView removes a script, or a change stops us providing access you have paid for (including a move to TradingView's Marketplace or a Creator Space), we'll move your access there at no extra cost for the rest of the period you paid for, or refund the unused part of your plan, as our terms define it. If we offer to move you, you may ask for the refund instead (terms section 8).
Your card statement
A purchase from the United States shows as BASEEDGELABS.AI. From outside the United States, Link sells it and it shows as LINK.COM* BASEEDGELABS (some banks shorten it, to LINK.COM* BASEEDGE for example).
Asking for a refund
Write to support@baseedgelabs.ai from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge and what went wrong. We answer within two business days.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out the same day. A dispute ends the license it paid for and cancels its subscription at once, and access isn't restored automatically if the dispute is decided in our favor. Your other plans stop renewing, and the account can't make new purchases until we've settled it with you (terms, section 7).
