We collect very little, and we don't sell any of it.

Who we are

BaseEdge Labs is operated by BaseEdge Labs LLC, an Alabama limited liability company based in the United States. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means BaseEdge Labs LLC. For anything about your information, write to support@baseedgelabs.ai.

The short version

• Browsing this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts.
• We only hold personal information you give us: an email address if you join a waitlist, and, once we sell products, what's needed to deliver what you bought.
• We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
• You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold, at any time.

What we collect, and why

When you visit the site

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We don't combine this with anything else and don't use it to identify you.

When you join a waitlist

We ask for your email address only. Alongside it we record which part of the site you signed up from, when you signed up, and the wording you agreed to, so we can show what you consented to. We use your email to confirm the sign-up and to tell you when the product you're waiting for opens. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you buy something

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to run your purchase: your name, email address, billing country, the product and plan, and payment status. For a TradingView script, we also need your TradingView username to grant access.

The HyperStore extension

The strategy settings you save with HyperStore are stored in your own browser. The extension does not send them to us. If a future version needs to talk to our servers — to check a licence, for example — we'll say exactly what it sends here before that version ships.

When you email us

We keep the conversation so we can answer you and follow up.

Cookies and similar storage

Public pages set no cookies. The one thing stored on your device is a preference: if you use "pause motion" in the footer, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, on your device only. Nothing about it is sent to us. Private pages for our own team sit behind Cloudflare Access, which sets a sign-in cookie for authorised users only.

Because none of this is used for analytics or advertising, there's no cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools that need your consent, we'll ask for it first and update this policy.

Who else handles your information

Only companies that provide a service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, and storage of waitlist records.
• Stripe — payments, once products are on sale.
• An email delivery provider — to send confirmation and launch emails.
• TradingView — only your username, and only to give you access to a script you bought.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If BaseEdge Labs is ever sold or transferred, the information would go with it, under this policy.

We don't sell personal information, "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or give it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until the product launches and for as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribing or asking us to delete it ends that.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
• Emails you send us: as long as needed to handle your request.
• Request logs held by Cloudflare: under Cloudflare's own retention periods.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Write to support@baseedgelabs.ai from the address the request is about, and we'll answer within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

California residents

In the last 12 months we have collected, at most, these categories of personal information: identifiers (an email address; for purchases, a name and TradingView username), commercial information (what you bought), and internet activity (the request data described above, processed by Cloudflare). We collect it from you directly, for the purposes described in this policy, and we disclose it only to the service providers listed above.

We do not sell or share personal information, have not done so in the last 12 months, and do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. We don't use or disclose sensitive personal information.BaseEdge Labs does not currently meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act apply to a business, but we honour its rights to know, correct and delete anyway, as described under "Your rights". You may use an authorised agent; we may ask you to confirm the request came from you.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don't track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of selling or sharing, which we don't do in any case.

Shine the Light. We don't disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

Visitors from outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and our providers process information in the US and elsewhere. If you're in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on your consent to send you waitlist and marketing emails, on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure for request data, and on performing our contract with you for purchases. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

Everything is served over HTTPS, access to stored records is limited to us, and we collect as little as we can in the first place. No system is perfectly secure; if something happens that affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Children

This site and our software are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. If a change is material, we'll email the people on our waitlists or customer list before it takes effect.
